The watcher auto-wraps (handoff + commit + push + workqueue) then /compacts a session at/over its threshold (default 50%), keeping it off the leak / auto-compact ceiling — quietly, never announced to the client. Per-channel thresholds in compact-thresholds.json. Kill-switch: touch ~/waha-bot/.compact-watcher-off.
